For some sites, they will simply continue to offer the same auto-follow service that they always have, but for the users of this service, you will have to have a new login and then store your twitter credentials on their website for future use.   This is looked at as a security risk to many, however most of the early twitter services all operated on this basis.  This is a change that needed to come very soon, as more and more users were using services to make their accounts look more popular than they actually were.
